Hello Sunday! Today we get another load of inspiration from the SGD Girls Ready, set, GO!
Above: First page today comes from Lilith! I love the topic of the page and how she was able to really capture that theme by layering items on top of each other. Somehow it gives the feel that lots of hidden treasures are underneath all those pretty layers, right?
Below: I love Marcy’s clean and simple way of scrapbooking. And I especially love her sense of combining patterns and colors. I would have never thought of combining this kind of yellow with that kind of green AND the red and blue! Fantastic.
Below: Last but definitely not least comes Allison with her fun layout! I love how she used a circular photo with all the rectangular shapes on the page! Can you count all the stamps she used on this one?? hee
Happy Sunday everyone Today we have a page from each of the 3 amazing SGD Girls I’m loving how they always come up with such beautiful work! Check them out…
Above: The first page today is created by Marcy I looove how she always comes up with such unique ways to use paper scraps!
Below: Allison did something really cool on this page! Not just how she has created this funny Title + Journaling, but have you seen the stamp on the bottom right? She used the stamp “Coolest Party of this Year” from the “Happy Mail” Set, but only inked the “Coolest” part of it Cool cool cool!!
Below: Also Lilith did something really unique on her beautiful page! She used the stamp “Life as it unfolds” from the “Captured” Set to create a fun boarder right underneath the top Washi Tape! Great Idea!!!
Hope you found a truckload of inspiration from the Girls
Today I’d like to share a few ideas on Cards and Stamping. You all know that cards aren’t my strong point, but nevertheless they are fun to craft We’re going to look at two different background techniques, some heat embossing and layering Fun fun fun! Hope you enjoy
In this Video I used the Happy Mail and Dream Real Big Stamp Sets
Yesterday’s Video was all about Birthday Wishes and I shared a fun Chalkboard Paint Technique – today we’re going to look deeper into making Envelopes REAL cute
I love to receive actual letters in the mail (excluding bills and advertisement ) and a few years ago, my cousin and then-BFF were writing each other letters at least once a week. As we were both into scrapbooking we would go NUTS decorating the envelopes up to a point where our postman told my mom that we should take it down a notch (there were sewing pins on an envelope and he had poked himself on it….. ) The good old times!
In this video I’ve been using the Happy Mail Stamps Set
When you want to stamp on Washi Tape, use StazOn Ink or something similar or it might smear.
