I can’t tell you how excited I am for my upcoming Christmas Class which I will be able to teach over at Studio BlueMoon! Finally a Christmas that will be ORGANIZED in every way
Nope, it won’t be a Journal or Daily December class. I truly love the idea of both versions or even a combined one, BUT I never find the time to contribute a page every single day during this hectic time.
I put together a concept that will work with the busyness of December. You will not work on the book every day and yet you will start off your New Year with a completed Christmas Book with way more in it than just pictures and journaling
This class is scheduled to go online in the beginning of November. Stay tuned for more info

I’ve been so busy scrapping this week! Made a few layouts and journals (yeah, MORE journals… aaaaaah… want one..? ) started to listen to Christmas songs (just couldn’t resist any longer… My cravings won..) and worked full time on my photography business It is SO exciting! I can’t wait for wedding season to start I already got some great engagement sessions lined up to fill up the portfolio Also I ordered business cards and can’t wait to finally hold them in my hands (all 500 of them )
In order to get my gear updated Adrian got me a new camera bag Yes, I do have two bags (that I rescued from being thrown out at the photo store I worked at) but they are both SUPER uncomfortable to wear.
(I got the greenish color called ‘Mica’)
This brand new baby on the other hand is just simply PERFECT! It totally fits my lifestyle and it’s really hard to realize that I am schlepping around a heavy camera (meaning: you don’t feel the weight AT ALL! which is super important to me) It has nice space for wallets, sunglasses, lip balms and what not and most of all: It does not look like a camera bag! (which helps to protect your gear from burglars..)
Anyways, I am talking way too much today! (I’m in rambling mode.. great!)
Other than that I am waiting for the new Nikon D700 upgrade. A little birdie told me that Nikon will release a new body this year, but if that birdie was right… Who really knows…. I guess it’s a rumor, but I’m crossing my fingers that they FINALLY update the D700!! Nope, I don’t have my eyes on the new upgrade, just want a better price and the amazing D700… This body has been on my pedestal since… Well, it got released I guess

Just deleted a big chunk and starting over again I don’t wanna say too much, basically just share a link with you……. Boy have I been busy yesterday and today! Had a crazy creativity boost and finished one American Crafts (my very first one ) and four (4!!) BlueMoonScrapbooking projects, including two videos, one for each team I had a TON of fun

Two layouts for BlueMoon, using lots of October Afternoon. BTW, I just realized that I have been a designer for BM for exactly one year now I still can remember very clearly when I got Lisa’s email… I FREAKED out!! Like nuts And yes, the freak out was well worth it! It has been a great great year, designing for them Thank you so much Scott and Lisa Sending you some cyber hugs
And here’s the AC project I loooooved working with the new goodies!! Especially Amy Tangerine’s fabric paper is amazing
Also I wanted to share with you this simple trick on organizing embellishment! I barely ever get embellishment for myself – I am way too cheap Anyways, AC sent me over so many beautiful embellies and first I was super excited and happy and then I felt a bit down, cause I DON’T have ANY space left in this apartment… Seriously, I have boxes stacked next to the desk and it looks horrible…
Then I had this grand idea and sorted everything out into collections and added some 1 1/2 inch book rings. Now I have these book rings, full of pretty yummies and can hang them on hooks Have to ask Adrian if he’s okay if I make some more holes into the wall dumdeedum
