Hi World!
UPDATE: if you don’t wanna read blabla about loosing weight… skip the next three paragraphs
Did you know that work out can be addictive?? So, I heard of that symptom, but I would never in a million years believe that! (I mean come on! Who likes sweating and an overly red head..??) Anyways. I had to find out the hard way that it is absolutely true
I started working out again, maybe 2 months ago..? And gosh, it is really addicting! Seriously, I go three times a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday), do my 30 min stair walk session and burn 350 calories each time while watching HGTV
It feels good and afterwards I feel awake (which I can’t always say on Tuesday, Thursday and the weekend…) heee
Also I have been able to loose some weight with it plus adapting a healthier eating habit. Before I went to Switzerland in March I was about 139 lb which I know is not way too much, but for a 21 year old it’s still ‘enough’ (I mean, I don’t mind to get a bit more chubby once I’m a mommy and all, but now…??) We started to eat better meaning eating more veggies and most of all – controlling our portions! Oh, and (almost) no junk food either! I quickly went down to 135, 134 pounds but I was not able to drop it more than that. I got really frustrated, cause there’s still some ‘junk’ surrounding me, that I wouldn’t mind to say good bye to… Anywho.. A few days ago I stepped onto the scale again and my jaw dropped – I was down at 132!
I think my body finally got it, that I will take good care of it. I’m feeding myself, so that I don’t have way too much, but also not way too less. I found the perfect balance. And the best part of it is, that I still can eat pizza for dinner once in a while or stuff myself with yummy chocolate bars in the theater (what we did last night…
) I hope to get down to 125lb during the next few months – and keep it there. I think it’s quiet a good goal to have in mind.
