January Adventures & Layout

Today I have some crazy news to share with all of you. Nope, I’m not pregnant ;) But it’s still suuuper exciting and I have been antsy for the last few days, since we’ve started to book hotels ;)

We are going on a crazy Winter Road Trip, this January! We will be leaving on January 1st and will be driving up to Jackson, WY. Then after some discovering of Grand Teton and the bigger Jackson area we will be driving up north, through Yellowstone on the one and only open street to SIlver Gate where we will stay for another few days and hopefully see lots and lots of wildlife, including wolves :D

I hope the weather will work for us (and when I say that, I mean please let it snow!! And some sunshine to take pics of animals- pleeeease ;) ) We already got warm socks, a pair of awesome winter boots for me, gloves, sweaters…. Even cool snowshoes (sponsored by my parents for Christmas :D )

It’s just SO exciting!

BUT NOW – change of topics ;)

I made this layout for BlueMoonScrapbooking some time ago. I used my Silhouette SD to cut out some stars in various sizes – and I have been using them on a few more projects ever since :) By the way, I used my favorite Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist, which is Suede. It is a beautiful brown color with GOLD!

Private Chef

It’s great to have a husband that loves to cook! Only downside to this story… There are tons of used pans sitting around after he is done with his work of art… (I myself am pretty lazy in that department… I try to use as few pans as possible so I don’t have to clean up as much ;) ) However, it is great to have a man that loves to cook and that said, I needed to do a layout about him :)

Just a quick ‘Hello’ and ‘No, I’m not dead’ post ;) Yeah, haven’t had that much time lately to blog and show stuff cause I’ve been keeping myself busy with some (not so) new ideas for the future!! I’m just saying ‘Wedding Photography’ for now. I had the idea a few years ago and almost jumped right into it last year, but chickened out in the end. I didn’t feel comfortable enough and just needed time. When I read this the first time, I knew I have to give it a serious shot! Now! Or I might never do it….

Oh well, I did tell you a bit more than I intended ;) Anyways, it can’t be bad, cause now I can’t let YOU down, right?? ;) I’m definitely excited what kinda doors this will open up for me.

But now to the content I initially wanted to share with you today ;) Some pictures from a very perfect date with my beloved Adrian ;)

Usually we do date nights on Tuesday (so we get the Tuesday special for the movies), but last Saturday we went to the store to buy some goodies and headed out to the park to have our picnic. It was so much fun! I had the idea to ask each other 5 serious questions (which wasn’t exactly easy, cause we know so much about each other ;) ) and it felt so right!

Blog Errors

Hi fellow scrappers! First and foremost I want to apologize for the inconveniences of my blog lately. I had several problems where it would mark IP Addresses as spam, but that was not enough and so the server went down yesterday and didn’t recover for quiet a while.. They shut it down, because my blog was too big! (can you imagine that!!? Pure frustration….!) We had to find a new server in SOS time and my dad spent many hours with me on skype, helping and doing whatever it needed to get it up and running as soon as possible. Thanks daddy :D

Since I couldn’t share my most recent DT work yet, I wanna share it now – a new layout plus video for BlueMoonScrapbooking :D

So Jynxy always makes that funny face when he makes his little business in his poop box and Adrian and I call it ‘the Awkward Face’. So since I’m a scrapbooker I don’t ever want to forget that cute face he does when he’s all concentrated on doing… you know.. ;) It’s just so funny and I thought would be cute to have in a Jynxy Album (once I start buying albums and actually sorting layouts….. ;) ) heeeee

I love you, Peppermint Collection!

F-I-N-A-L-L-Y I am able to share this Crate Paper layout and video with you guys :D Do you know the feeling when you have something great in store, but have to sit on your mouth for several days, weeks or even months? Yeah, I have been feeling like this A LOT lately ;) But here’s my CP page and I was supposed to use the brand new Peppermint line which is my ultra-top-favorite Christmas line ever!! Seriously, I love the soft colors and patterns so so much! And PS, it’s not only great great stuff for Christmas layouts, but also for basically any occasion you could think of!! :D I love you my sweet-pea Peppermint line ;) heeeeee

You can’t imagine how thankful I am to be a CP Girl! It is seriously the best thing that has ever happened to me in my scrapbooking career :D heeee

Remember how I said that it’s always so hard for me to sit on my mouth….? Aaaam.. so yeah… I thought I’d give you a little shneaky peeky to my first ‘DIY Crate’ that should be uploaded on the blog next Tuesday :D

I love this picture of Adrian and me! It reminds me how much we love and complete each other! But to see my whole post you will have to wait a week ;)
