Gosh, what a night! Yesterday before we went to bed, Adrian insisted that I’d take a few vitamin C pills, because I was coughing quiet a bit during the day. So I took them and told him, that I will not be able to sleep because of that..
I tried to fall asleep, tried every single position – on my back, on the left side, on the right side, half on my back and half on one side…. I tried to count numbers, tried to think of our future farmhouse living room (that usually sends me right into the dream world
) but yesterday nothing helped. Right after I FINALLY fell asleep, a single thunder woke me up again! Til the morning I woke up several times and almost fell asleep in church
So because I was too tired to do something “real” I surfed the internet about interior design. Shoot, I LOVE cozy country farmhouses! Or swedish style homes! I so love texture and antiques and DIY projects… I wish I could start right away with painting some walls, bulding cabinets and decoupage a mudroom with pretty vintage bird pictures
Tray Love…….
I think I really like light rooms. But the thing is, I also love dark grey walls
heeheee
If I had a sunroom, this is how it would look like….. sight…
I LOVE LOVE LOVE old barnwood! It looks so different and has so much more character than normal, new wood!
The most interesting thing that I discovered is, that the more details you add to a room, the more cozy it gets! It’s a bit like scrapbooking. A page looks so much better, when there is some layering going on, with different textures and patterns
Now, I can’t wait to get my hands working – or at least my mind, because I can’t really do anything at the moment… Don’t have a floorplan of our future house yet…. That gives me an idea tough… Why waite with planning a floorplan, if we might built ourselves…??
Okay, I think I am about done and just saying silly things now
Happy Scrappin and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!
