Hi fellow scrappers! It’s been a week since I blogged last and somehow I wish I wouldn’t have to write but rather let you read my mind. There’s so much and still so little going on in my life at the moment. Falling from one hole into another. I hate to be unhappy! I really do! It’s a rollercoaster of feelings and emotions.
Our Christmas was one of the best EVER for me and also Adrian agreed on that 
We had a great time with his family and I was able to skype with my own family back in Switzerland. On the 25th I started to play with my newest toys – a Silhouette SD and a new Canon Photo Printer 
I love them both like crazy! Had some troubles with the Silhouette tough in the beginning (since I am not very patience….) but now I think I understand everything and it is a lot of fun!! And what a luxury to be able to print pictures from home again and not have to walk over to CVS and waste an awful lot of time

Here’s the first layout-detail, using my new favorite toy, the Silhouette SD. The LO is for the German Scrapbooking Magazine, so I can’t show it yet.
Adrian my superdooper handyman made me a shelf (within 1.5 hours), after my designing It is awesome and so practical!! I am now able to have all my favorite toys in one place, perfectly stored away and anytime ready to hook up to my PC! I also love the handmade look of the shelf-unit. Adrian isn’t very proud of his work, but I am! I love the old look of it and it is exactly what I had in mind!
I screwed in a few hooks for the cables.
But with all the Christmas stress and busyness gone I started to feel empty and my mojo was once again to be missed. How I hate that! And as a cherry on top of the cupcake I finally realized, that I am allergic to Garfield. My sweetest little kitty…. I have been sniffling and sneezing since 3+ weeks and always told myself (and Adrian) that it is a long cold… Yesterday Adrian brought Garfield to visit his brothers and sisters and was gone all day long. My cold was mysteriously over. In the evening Adrian brought him home and everything started again. Today Adrian decided that it is best for my health to say goodbye to Garfield. How I hate goodbyes… Always have… He was the cutest little thing ever and he really brightened up my days… sniff…

I’m so sorry that you are allergic to your kitty. I would be so sad if I was allergic to mine. Your new toys sound like fun…I got a new toy for Christmas too. A Cricut Personal from my mom! I was so excited! Well I hope you feel happier!

it must be heartbreaking for you to have to say goodbye to Garfield. But I guess you just have to remember that he is still healthy and i’m sure you will find him a nice home where he will be happy xxx keep smiling girly
